Grief and Loss Support
Grief is a natural response to loss, representing the emotional suffering that accompanies the absence of someone or something deeply cherished. It often manifests as overwhelming pain, bringing forth a range of challenging emotions—from shock and anger to disbelief, guilt, and profound sadness. This grief can also impact physical health, disrupting sleep, appetite, and cognitive function. These reactions are normal, and the intensity of grief correlates with the significance of the loss.
Remember, you are not alone in your grief journey. There are community spaces, resources, and supportive networks available to accompany you through this process.
